AREF has launched a detailed study of real estate fund structures in a report called 'Trends in Real Estate Fund Structures'.
 
Through numerous interviews with leading stakeholders in the industry, the report details all structures available and discusses the key issues and trends affecting them both now and the potential for the near future.
