AREF Member Summer Drinks Reception 

We are delighted to announce that Kames Capital are the sole sponsor for the AREF Members Summer Drinks Reception 2019.

This is an opportunity to sponsor AREF's Annual Members Summer Drinks Reception 2019, which this year, will be held in the beautiful bar, The Listing, just a minute from Cannon Street station.  AREF have exclusive use of this light and airy modern venue for the evening and it will include a champagne reception, a cocktail mixologist and canapes/bowl food. 

As well as displaying your company logo on all promotional material leading up to the event, there is a chance for you to brand the separate cocktail mixologist standalone bar (as pictured below).  There will also be a screen showing a revolving presentation throughout the evening and you have the opportunity to add an advert/slide to the presentation as well as the opportunity to give out company literature and giveaways at the event.

The event is by invitation only - all AREF members including Full, Affiliate and Associate will be invited, and this includes our FutureGen Network (a list of 500 next generation real estate professionals), as well as investors.

AREF topical event 'The Wellness Trend' 

We are delighted to announce Vistra is the sole sponsor for 'The Wellness Trend' event on 1 May. 

This is an excellent opportunity to sponsor the first event the AREF Education and Training Committee have held in collaboration with the AREF FutureGen Committee.  Hosted by Schroders in their new HQ buiding, the event will include a key note speaker and a panel discussion on how the Wellness trend is influencing the real estate strategies of occupiers and landlords alike.

AREF F-O-R-T Series - Fund Structures

We are delighted to announce that Citco are the exclusive sponsor for our second in a new and ongoing series of events called FORT, based on topical issues around Funds, Operations, Regulation and Tax.

This event launches our detailed study of real estate fund structures. Through numerous interviews with leading stakeholders in the industry, it will detail all structures available and discuss the key issues and trends affecting them both now and the potential for the near future. A brief presentation will be followed by an interactive panel discussion.
